Scheels is currently seeking self‑motivated individuals to work on our Filling/Re‑Stocking teams for our first and second floors. Responsibilities include re‑stocking from our Re‑Stocking App based on sales history and filling the sales floor from our backstocks and warehouse. We are looking to hire people who are willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done.

Schedule would include a combination of week nights and weekends, and could range from 15–25 hours per week. 2 evenings per week and 2 weekends per month are schedule requirements for this position. Compensation

Starting at $16.00/HR

Responsibilities
  • Unload product from freight, tag, fold, hang and price merchandise to be put out on the sales floor or in back stock.
  • Restock merchandise on sales floor and bring product to the floor for display.
  • Assist customers and salespeople with retrieving and loading purchased product.
  • Maintain orderly appearance of personal work space and surrounding areas; general cleaning and organization around the store and back stock areas.
  • Perform basic math calculations (add, subtract, multiply, divide) as needed.
  • Read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence and memos; write simple correspondence.
  • Effectively present information in one‑on‑one and small group situations to customers and other associates.
  • Be organized, multi‑task and maintain all aspects of a support role.
  • Work independently and with the team; exercise judgment and tact; effectively work with all levels within the organization.
  • Strong oral/written communication and presentation skills.
  • Apply basic understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail; professional appearance and attitude; contribute to a positive team atmosphere; treat others with respect and consideration while following Scheels’ policies and procedures.
  • Willing to do other tasks as assigned by the leadership team and Support Leads.
  • Work assigned schedule; may include varied hours, evenings, weekends and holidays.
