We are a growing Smoothie King franchise location experiencing strong sales momentum and increasing customer demand. We’re seeking a results‑driven Assistant Manager who is passionate about leadership, guest experience, and operational excellence.

• Lead daily store operations
• Delegate team tasks effectively
• Drive sales performance and upselling initiatives
• Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and brand standards

You will help shape the culture and performance of the store, with support from ownership.

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• Strong leadership or management experience (QSR / retail preferred)
• Ability to manage performance goals
  
  Excellent communication and guest service skills
• A track record of accountability and results
• Positive attitude and desire to grow professionally

Experience is valued, but what matters most is your ability to lead, motivate, and execute.

• Part‑time assistant manager role
• Typically, 25‑30 hours per week, including weekends
• On‑floor leadership and presence
• Flexible to cover peak operational periods (may include a variety of days, evenings, weekends, holidays)
