Job Overview

We are looking for a Part‑Time Sales Associate who’s passionate about flavors, friendly with customers, and ready to have fun at work!

• Greet every guest with our signature welcome and follow‑up lines
• Assist customers with product selection, usage tips, and personalized recommendations
• Build connections with customers to encourage return visits and word‑of‑mouth referrals
• Stock shelves, counters, and displays while monitoring inventory levels
• Notify management of low‑stock items to ensure product availability
• Assist in pricing and labeling merchandise accurately
• Blend and package products as needed
• Retrieve requested merchandise and answer product‑related questions
• Maintain accurate product knowledge by reading materials and attending training
• Adhere to operational standards and daily store procedures
• Contribute to a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment

• Strong customer service skills with a passion for creating a great experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Ability to measure ingredients, use a scale, and follow recipes with basic math skills

• A positive, customer‑focused attitude
• Availability for flexible shifts, including weekends
