Assistant Store Manager

Hourly rate ranges from $17.00 - $17.25 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.

• Establish and maintain Guest Services.
• Support the Store Manager in overall operations of a store.
• Ensure maximum sales and profitability by developing staff.
• Control expenses and shrinkage, manage merchandising and inventory control.
• Adhere to all Company policies and procedures.

• Minimum age requirement of 18.
• Physical demands including over 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Prior retail and/or management experience required.
