Hourly rate ranges from $22.00 - $22.25 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.

• Establish and maintain Guest Services.
• Oversee and be accountable for the operation of the store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability.
• Control expenses, shrinkage, and manage human resources.
• Handle all aspects of merchandising and inventory control.
• Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures.

• Minimum age requirement: 21 years old.
• Prior retail management experience required.
• Physical demands include more than 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
