Premier Midwest Beer & Beverage is seeking a dependable and hardworking Driver Helper to join our team. This role supports daily delivery operations by breaking down, organizing, and putting away delivered product at retail accounts. The Driver Helper also ensures shelves and displays are properly stocked, rotated, and merchandised while providing excellent customer service.

- High School diploma or GED
- 3 months of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Valid Driver’s License
- Transfer product by hand from pallet to cart in order to move from back‑stock to retail shelf for purchase using first‑in, first‑out product rotation.
- Build product displays emphasizing salable features; restock display each visit.
- Fill all coolers, standalone coolers, and warm shelves with product.
- Drive and/or operate company equipment in a professional and safe manner at all times.
- Organize back stock to condense product and keep the area clean.
- Prepare damaged and outdated product for pick‑up.
- Place point‑of‑sale materials on main shelf, displays, coolers, and standalone coolers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with account contacts.
- Resolve customer problems with rotation and inventory; may occasionally deliver product to retail accounts and collect money for delivered product.
- Assure quality control standards are met by ensuring proper rotation from delivery to point of purchase.
- Assist co‑workers as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Ability to perform activities requiring prolonged periods of lifting, standing, and carrying.
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 100 lbs. at a time.
- Must be physically able to perform strenuous labor due to heavy lifting requirements.
Work Location:
Regular, ongoing in‑office presence is required; employees are expected to work onsite, which includes non‑company locations where we conduct business, the majority of the time to support collaboration, productivity, and business operations according to the schedule set by supervisors and/or branch management.
