Hourly Wage

Actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Hourly wage ranges from $16 – $29 per hour.

Includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Janitorial associates ensure customers have a great first and last impression of the stores. They maintain cleanliness from the parking lot to restrooms to the receiving area, creating a clean and safe environment.
