Sales Advisor - Westroads Mall

About the Role

As a Sales Advisor, you will provide excellent customer service, welcoming and guiding customers through the store to actively sell our products and providing support and guidance. You will use your fashion and product knowledge to share all relevant information for the best customer experience, handle garment refill and care, maintain presentation standards, and contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back‑of‑house while working closely with your store team.

Working at H&M means no two days are ever the same, but a typical day will include the following responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service by welcoming & guiding customers throughout the store and supporting them with direct customer service when needed.
• Engage and have conversations with customers to provide great service.
• Guide customers through our fashion trends, stories, and products in all areas of the store.
• Effectively promote and sell our products.
• Actively promote the Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in‑store sustainability initiatives.
• Represent yourself and the H&M brand positively during all customer interactions.
• Support commercial or operational actions to reach sales targets with the store management team.

• Keep up‑to‑date with fashion trends, styles, brands, products, competitors, and relevant influencers.
• Use product and fashion knowledge to share relevant information with customers.

• Retain and share your service, fashion, and store operations knowledge and skills with colleagues.
• Follow all procedures, routines, and legal requirements in all areas of the store.
• Give and receive feedback to learn, develop, and support each other.
• Participate in relevant onboarding, introductory processes, trainings, and courses relevant for your role and future development.

• Complete the full garment cycle from unpacking and refill to steaming and ensure good garment care.
• Operate fitting room and checkout areas according to best practice and processes.
• Contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back‑of‑house, including stockrooms.
• Support garment presentation, execution, and maintain attractive merchandise displays according to visual and commercial guidelines.
• Ensure good stock levels with replenishment routines on the sales floor.
• Uphold best practice for in‑store OMNI services and technology tools (Instore Care App, Click & Collect, Smart Store, etc.).
• Support opening and closing of the store.
• Follow all H&S guidelines and legal requirements applicable to the role and responsibilities.
