Variable Compensation:
Hourly rate $15.29 – $22.88/hour (may vary by location and experience)
Annual incentive/commission target: $15,348.00

Open to candidates who can deliver outstanding customer experiences and drive sales in a retail store setting. Requires evening, weekend, and holiday availability and willingness to work a flexible schedule.

• Explain and demonstrate product capabilities and offer suggestions based on customers’ wants and needs.
• Meet or exceed targets regarding customer experience, sales, and retention.
• Assist with opening/closing of a Cox retail store.
• Properly handle cash.
• Engage in workshops, special events, and product demos.
• Support fellow sales agents when needed.
• Continuously expand knowledge of Cox products and competitor offerings through regular training.
• May be required to work in other locations within the same geographical area.

• Minimum: HS diploma/GED or up to 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Ability to meet established sales, retention, and customer experience targets.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for consultative, solutions‑based selling.
• Ability to build relationships with a diverse customer base.
• Ability to multi‑task and prioritize in a fast‑paced team environment.
• Mobility within the store for long periods.
• Computer literacy and aptitude for learning communication products, services, and accessories.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Ability to lift 25–50 pounds.
• Preferred:
  Some college experience in sales, business, or management.
• Preferred:
  One year of related experience (sales, retail, service industry, etc.).
• Preferred:
  Experience selling Wireless/Mobile products.
• Preferred:
  Fluency in Spanish, written and spoken.
