Schedule:

Part‑time, up to 15 hours per week (Saturday and Sunday preferred, flexible Friday options available).

Pay: $16.00 per hour.

We are partnering with HP to recruit a Retail Sales Associate to work in Best Buy and surrounding office supply stores. Your role will drive sales, create excitement around HP products, and build lasting relationships with customers, store staff, and management. You will demonstrate products, tailor presentations to customer needs, and support store operations.

• Demonstrate HP products to customers and tailor presentations to their needs.
• Engage customers and build rapport to create memorable experiences.
• Maintain professional relationships with store management and staff.
• Train retail store associates on HP products and services.
• Keep displays clean, functional, and demo‑ready.
• Report sales activity and provide competitive insights to Retail Operations.
• Follow all company policies for product handling, safety, and customer privacy.
• Accurately document and record sales transactions and inventory updates.
• Assist with store organization, ensuring workstations are clean and presentable.
• Submit all required paperwork promptly and accurately.

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Minimum 1 year of retail, customer service, or sales experience (preferred).
• Knowledge of electronic or tech products is a plus.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Problem‑solving ability and a proactive attitude.
• Ability to multi‑task and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Comfortable engaging with customers and demonstrating products with minimal supervision.
