Position Overview

PBNA $23.00 / hour. This role is responsible for product merchandising within large volume stores such as grocery outlets. Core duties include stocking shelves, rotating shelved and cooler products, setting up displays, and moving items from storage to the sales floor. The position involves heavy lifting, loading, and manual handling of cases weighing 20–45 pounds, as well as bending, reaching, and squatting while merchandising.

The schedule is consistent with specific start times and customer interactions.

• Merchandise store shelving, coolers, and displays with products in assigned accounts
• Rotate products in the backroom and on the shelf
• Transport products to and from backroom to shelf location
• Use equipment (e.g., U‑boats, hand trucks, pallet jacks) to move products
• Display promotional material such as signs and banners in accounts
• Maintain back room stock in neat and orderly condition
• Communicate store issues to store managers and Pepsi Co management
• Build customer relationships at the store level
• Comply with operating procedures (e.g., scan‑in/scan‑out, follow designated route)
• Provide service to accounts during designated times established by management
• Deliver customer service, including communication, rapport building, and attentiveness to customer needs
• Operate independently with minimal supervision
• Use handheld devices to write/input orders
• Maintain regular, reliable, and predictable attendance

• 18 years of age or older
• Pass the physical capabilities test (if applicable)
• Must own or have access to personal transportation to reach multi‑store locations during assigned shift
• Valid U.S. Driver's License
• Proof of insurance

• Experience working in a retail or grocery store, understanding store operations, backroom and inventory, and shelf stocking
• Experience moving products within a store using equipment (e.g., U‑boat, hand truck, dolly)
• Experience merchandising products – filling shelves, building displays, making products attractive, rotating products, cleaning shelves, eliminating out‑of‑stock and out‑of‑date items
• Experience managing backroom/stock room inventory, organizing pallets, stacking, and storing inventory
• Experience serving customers, handling complaints, responding to requests, or meeting needs

• Positions requiring personal vehicle use for a sales route will receive mileage reimbursement.
• Because the duties involve regular field work and interaction with customers, a conditional offer of employment is contingent upon a successful background check and drug screening in accordance with applicable laws.
