Store Sales Associate – Omaha, NE

Starting Pay Rate: $19.00 to $20.00 per hour. Full-Time Day Shift position during typical store hours with overtime and weekend work as needed.

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday: 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
• Saturday: 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
• Sunday:
  Closed

Key Responsibilities:

• Connecting with customers and making product recommendations.
• Mixing, tinting, and matching paint to meet customer specifications.
• Learning about PPC brands and how to help customers in the store.
• Processing orders and payments via phone, in person, online, and email.
• Safely handling, loading, and unloading products for stocking and order fulfillment.
• Supporting general store operations as needed.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted driver's license issued by the state in which the position is based with a satisfactory driving record.
• Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, lift and carry up to 80 pounds periodically and 50 pounds regularly.
• Customer service skills with a team-oriented focus.
• Available to work flexible retail hours including evenings, weekends, holidays, and possible overtime.
• Ability to perform duties independently with minimal supervision and follow written and verbal instructions.
