Job Description
Join the LEGO Brand Retail team as a Sales Associate (Brick Specialist) and provide inspirational guest experiences in an interactive and vibrant store environment. This part‑time role requires energetic, enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about creating memorable visits for LEGO fans of all ages.
Responsibilities- Ensure a signature experience for each guest: greet visitors, perform all cash register functions, and maintain a professional, gracious, friendly, and engaging demeanor (80%).
- Keep the store clean, safe, and visually stimulating by performing daily cleaning duties, maintaining displays, and applying LEGO Brand Retail visual standards (10%).
- Operate the stockroom efficiently: receive merchandise, uphold stockroom standards, comply with safety regulations, and notify management of potential shortages (10%).
- Communicate effectively with team members and guests.
- Process merchandise through the register system.
- Work various hours, including days, nights, and weekends as business requires.
- Freely access all store areas: sales floor, stockroom, register area, and loading dock.
- Physical requirements:
constant movement, speaking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for at least two consecutive hours; occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, and ladder climbing; vision required for close vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment; capable of lifting at least 30 lbs. - Provide flexible availability: at least 25 hours per week, with at least one weekend day and a minimum of three workdays.
The hourly wage range for this position is $17.25 to $18.25, based on responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. Full details of benefits will be communicated upon final offer.
