Merchandising Lead

Provide member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs, guiding and supporting members with self-service technology and product selection;
Supervise associates in area of responsibility including assigning duties, training, and evaluating performance;
Receive, stock, and organize merchandise; maintain sales floor and displays per policies;
Maintain store safety and sanitation standards, handle hazardous materials safely, and correct unsafe conditions;
Oversee merchandise presentation, inventory control, price tagging, and shrink control;
Oversee club pick up order preparation and staging to meet policy and procedures;
Develop and implement processes to meet business needs in collaboration with management and partners;
Lead and participate in teams, mentor associates, and model Walmart values and customer focus.
