Position Summary
Sam’s Club is seeking associates to support Membership operations at the 13130 L St. 5 open positions are available in Omaha, NE. The role is full time with flexible shifts and a pay range of $19.00 – $27.00/hr, plus potential premiums.
Responsibilities- Provide information on Membership benefits, promote Walmart Club products and services, and process Membership upgrades and credit accounts.
- Promote and participate in sales and marketing events, working to meet Membership goals.
- Maintain facility safety by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including safety sweeps, forklift spotting, hazardous‑material handling, steel‑standard compliance, and unsafe‑situation reporting.
- Fulfill Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders: review orders, pull items, scan, wrap, palletize, confirm accuracy, secure items for Members, and track out‑of‑stock items.
- Complete work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, coworkers, customers, and other partners; identify deadlines and expectations; communicate progress; recommend improvement opportunities; adapt to change; and respond to feedback.
- Deliver Member service by acknowledging Members, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting Walmart Club products and services.
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethics, applying the Open Door Policy and upholding Walmart values.
- Promote a culture of belonging, teamwork, and continuous improvement through mentorship, communication, and recognition of contributions.
- Act with integrity, fairness, and transparency; make data‑driven decisions that balance short‑ and long‑term priorities for stakeholders.
