Assist customers with shopping and product knowledge; provide excellent customer service to create a positive store experience;
Maintain clean and organized sales floor, stock room, and merchandise displays; assist with receiving and stocking;
Assist with signage, price changes, and merchandise resets; support department specialists as needed;
Operate forklift with proper training (where applicable) and communicate store issues to General Manager;
Participate in store meetings and uphold Ace Retail Group core values in daily work
