Zone Lead- FT

At Home - 12990 West Center Road - Responsibilities:
Support visual merchandising processes for the store by planning and leading transitions, reinventions, product-velocity changes, and resets while maintaining visual integrity and an organized environment;
Manage daily/weekly workload and tasks delegated by the Zone Manager to achieve visual merchandising, department, and store sales goals;
Assist in freight processes for incoming freight and transitions, including sorting, stocking, down stocking, and end-cap maintenance;
Contribute to customer satisfaction, inventory control, safety, loss prevention, and guest experience to drive store profitability;
Lead, coach, and train team members on visual priorities and creation of visual moments that support the customer experience;
Review store financial and business data from the store scorecard and act within assigned zones to improve metrics;
Maintain a neat, clean, and up-to-date signing and sets across the zone;
Participate in regular team meetings and huddles to align on priorities
