Sherwin-Williams is seeking a part-time Customer Service Specialist in Omaha, NE. This position involves working closely with retail customers to understand their needs, provide product recommendations, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. You'll be responsible for assisting customers both in-store and via phone, performing sales transactions, and maintaining store standards.
The ideal candidate should possess a high school diploma or GED, a valid Driver's License, and strong customer service skills. Experience in retail or delivery roles is preferred, and bilingual skills (especially in Spanish) are a plus.
