We are a growing Smoothie King franchise location experiencing strong sales momentum and increasing customer demand. We're seeking a results-driven Assistant Manager who is passionate about leadership, guest experience, and operational excellence.

As the Assistant Manager, you'll:

• Lead daily store operations
• Delegate team tasks effectively
• Drive sales performance and upselling initiatives
• Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and brand standards
• Deliver exceptional guest service

You will help shape the culture and performance of the store, with support from ownership.

A successful candidate will have:

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• Strong leadership or management experience (QSR / retail preferred)
• Ability to manage performance goals
• Excellent communication and guest service skills
• A track record of accountability and results
• Positive attitude and desire to grow professionally

Experience is valued, but what matters most is your ability to lead, motivate, and execute.

Part-time assistant manager role

• Typically, 25-30 hours per week, including weekends
• On-floor leadership and presence
• Flexible to cover peak operational periods (may include a variety of days, evenings, weekends, holidays)
