Role and Responsibilities

• You are a people person and use the AEO Selling Model to engage every guest and help them find what they need with a friends‑first mindset.
• You are passionate about AE & Aerie products and educate guests on product details, making relevant suggestions.
• You introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• You are flexible and can work across the sales floor, cash & wrap, fitting room, and stockroom.
• You proactively solve problems to improve guests' experience while following company policy.
• You support the team and help complete tasks together.
• You act with integrity, adhering to AEO policies and procedures.

• You love interacting with people.
• You are energetic and can handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• You are available to work during the times guests shop, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• You love AE and Aerie products.
• You have prior retail experience.
• You are at least 16 years of age.
