We are Carp’s Complete Exteriors, a trusted exterior remodeling brand in Omaha, NE. We are looking for a motivated Sales Consultant to generate leads, build relationships, and guide homeowners through their renovation journey. Responsibilities- Generate Leads
:
Proactively identify and pursue new leads through prospecting, networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns. Utilize both online (social media) and offline strategies to build a pipeline of potential customers. - Consultative Sales
:
Conduct thorough assessments of customers’ exterior remodeling needs and provide tailored solutions. Present our range of services, including roofing, siding, windows, doors, and other relevant products, to potential customers, demonstrating expertise and industry knowledge. - Relationship Building
:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential customers, contractors, and other industry professionals. Leverage networking opportunities to expand referrals and partnership networks. - Sales Process Management
:
Guide potential customers through the entire sales process, from initial contact to project completion. Prepare accurate quotations, negotiate terms, and collaborate with internal teams for smooth project handoff and exceptional customer experience. - Sales Target Achievement
:
Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies, including lead generation techniques, presentations, and follow‑up plans. - Market Intelligence
:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions. Continuously update knowledge of our products, services, and pricing to position yourself as a trusted advisor.
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the exterior remodeling or construction industry.
- Desire to earn upside income.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and long‑term relationships with customers.
- Ability to work independently and manage a diverse product line effectively.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a consultative yet persuasive approach to selling.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and maintain accurate records.
- Technologically savvy with experience using various software applications and platforms.
- Ability to thrive in a target‑driven, fast‑paced environment while maintaining professionalism and integrity.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for customer meetings, site visits, company events, and trade shows.
$50,000 Base Salary plus commission, with a commission‑only option available.
