This is a full-time remote role for a Salesperson at Champion Seed. The Salesperson will be responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships, identifying customer needs, and providing tailored product recommendations. Daily tasks include prospecting, conducting sales presentations, meeting sales targets, and maintaining detailed records of sales activities. The role also involves collaborating with the team to deliver exceptional service and support to customers while staying informed about industry trends and product developments.

• Proven skills in Sales, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Account Management
• Proficiency in Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal Skills
• Knowledge of Agricultural Practices, Seed Products, and Farming Industry Trends
• Strong skills in Problem-solving, Strategic Thinking, and Result-oriented Decision-making
• Ability to work independently as part of a remote team
• Bachelor's degree in Agribusiness, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Sales experience within the agriculture industry is a plus
