Duties and Responsibil
- Communicating professionally in person, over the phone, and via email to accounts and team members
- Track growth/decline of managed customer accounts and identify new opportunities
- Utilize TMS to enter bids and keeping notate communication with customers
- Provide customers with a quick, effective solution if problems arise
- Continuously build and increase your industry knowledge
- Ability to be the main point of contact for customers
- Assist with accounting department with any invoicing problems that may arise
- Ability to generate sales among existing customer accounts, including upselling and cross-selling
- Service multiple customers accounts concurrently, often meeting deadlines
Experience and Qualific
- High school Diploma Re
- Required Bachelor’s degree in related field pre
- Preferred Minimum of two-years’ experience in logistics re
- Required Minimum of three-years’ experience in customer service pre
- Preferred Knowledge and Skills Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal
- Passion for sales and the art of negot
- Ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced envir
