As an Excavation Sales Representative , you will be the face of our company. You will conduct in-home sales visits to diagnose homeowner needs and recommend our specialized excavation, plumbing, and HVAC services. This role is perfect for a self-motivated closer who can build rapport quickly and maintain a high level of professional integrity.

• Compensation:
  Earn up to $150,000 annually

• Conduct site visits to recommend excavation and home services based on specific customer needs.
• Answer inquiries regarding pricing, credit terms, and service availability while following up to ensure total satisfaction.
• Accurately mark dig locations and capture site photos/videos for our excavation technicians using our job management system.
• Work closely with the service team to ensure seamless project handoffs.

• 1+ years of experience in Outside Sales or In-Home Service Sales (Preferred).
• Strong communication, great attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be coachable, accountable, and demonstrate a high level of personal integrity.
• Must be willing to work some nights and weekends to meet customer demand.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Tech
  -savvy; comfortable using tablets and CRM software to document sites and upload media.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and navigate uneven terrain at job sites.

• Must be able to stand, walk, and kneel for long periods throughout the day.
• Must maintain a healthy physique able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs, hold a minimum of 30 lbs overhead for an extended period.
• Ability to squat/sit in small space for extended period, and aid in other overall physical job requirements.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. May work in extreme temperatures, including heat, cold and humidity.
