Overview
Join DaBella as a Canvass Manager and lead our high‑impact canvassing team to drive sales and deliver exceptional homeowner experiences. This role multiplies your impact through strong leadership, coaching, and compelling product pitching.
CompensationBase: $60,000/yr + uncapped bonus. Average managers earn an additional $1,500‑$3,000/month in bonus, with top performers surpassing $4,000/month.
Job Responsibilities- Leadership
:
Inspire a motivated team of canvassers to exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals. - Recruitment & Onboarding
:
Screen, interview, and onboard top talent, ensuring they have the tools and training to succeed. - Mentorship & Coaching
:
Provide ongoing feedback to elevate the team's performance and foster continuous improvement. - Relationship Building
:
Establish trust with homeowners, presenting solutions that meet their home‑improvement needs. - Product Pitches
:
Confidently communicate DaBella’s benefits and features to homeowners. - Field Operations
:
Safely operate a company‑provided van, walk extended periods, and navigate canvassing neighborhoods. - Training
:
Complete all entry‑level canvasser training as part of onboarding.
