Sales Operations Specialist

The Sales Operations Specialist manages customer data, sales leads, and after‑sales service coordination from the Omaha, NE office. This role supports SMO USA in achieving annual sales goals by facilitating and supporting sales initiatives, with detailed planning, communication, and documentation using our Navpoint CRM system.

This position requires full‑time, in‑office attendance, five days a week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as an escalation point for sales‑related issues.
  • Manage all SMO US sales leads in coordination with Marketing.
  • Ensure accuracy of newly created accounts and maintain high‑quality customer data.
  • Coordinate material and service delivery with sales, service, and customers.
  • Monitor customer activity and provide early‑warning notifications.
  • Support Quality and EHS policies and uphold Core Values of Caring, Adding Value, and Teamwork.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; ability to lead without authority.
  • Attention to detail and ability to present to diverse audiences.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum three years in a sales or customer‑facing role.
Tools / Software
  • Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel, CRM;
    Business Analytics tools are advantageous.
Additional Information
  • No supervisory responsibilities.
  • Travel up to 10%.
  • Moderate noise environment; occasional lifting up to 25 pounds.
