• Sell memberships with confidence in a commission-based atmosphere
• Reach out to leads using our CRM with high energy
• Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and the value of having a Perspire Sauna Studio Membership
• Set reservations and book follow-up appointments
• Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome
• Administer studio tours for new guests
• Answer all questions about services and the facility
• Maintain a clean facility and handle turnover/cleaning of individual sauna rooms
• Maintain and organize the facility’s towel supply area

• Monday through Friday 6:30am–2:00pm or 11:00am–5:00pm
• Saturday and Sunday: mornings and evenings

• Evening and weekend availability

All employees will receive hands-on training regarding the business and Perspire Health and Wellness philosophy. No experience is required, as we offer comprehensive training. Open to candidates who are ready to learn and grow within the organization. This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee; your application will go directly to the franchisee for hiring decisions.
