The Account Manager is responsible for developing new customer relationships and growing existing accounts through consultative solution selling. This role focuses on identifying customer needs, designing solutions, and managing the sales process from prospecting through implementation. This is a high-impact role with significant growth potential and an uncapped commission structure.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Identify opportunities and generate new business through prospecting and networking
- Understand customer operational needs and design appropriate solutions
- Present and demonstrate product features, benefits, and value
- Develop strategic sales plans and creative sales strategies
- Manage the sales pipeline and forecast opportunities
- Work collaboratively with internal engineering and service teams
- Stay informed on competitor offerings and position solutions accordingly
- Deliver proposals, pricing, and presentations to decision makers
- Manage accounts for long-term customer success and retention

- 1–5+ years of B2B technical sales experience
- Experience selling technology or telecommunications solutions
- Strong customer relationship management skills
- Demonstrated success in solution-based sales
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
