Senior Sales Specialist, Neuroscience

As a Senior Sales Specialist you will promote Spravato, act as the territory business owner, and drive sales goals through approved strategies while ensuring compliance with corporate policies and health regulations.

• Drive demand generation for Spravato via clinical selling, product differentiation, and approved marketing aids.
• Sell across various care settings, identify opportunities, and develop customer‑specific pre and post‑call selling approaches.
• Develop a territory coverage plan, use business analytics to increase stakeholder access, and create plans to meet/ exceed sales goals.
• Coordinate with sales leadership, other Neuro sales teams, market access, sales operations, and training for a collaborative approach.
• Meet sales and operational requirements such as call‑plan attainment, compliance, and training obligations.
• Adhere to all current compliance guidelines and policies.

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Valid driver’s license issued in one U.S. state.
• At least 5 years of sales experience, including 3 years in healthcare sales.
• Problem‑solving ability.
• Willingness to travel 30% of time, including overnight/weekend travel.
• Live in the assigned geography or willing to relocate.

• Proven track record of influencing key stakeholders in a dynamic, competitive environment.
• Specialty sales experience related to the therapeutic area.
