Financial Solutions Advisor – Advisor Development Program (Centralized Segment)
As a Financial Solutions Advisor you will begin by obtaining and maintaining Securities Industry licenses. You will then receive dedicated training and guidance to acquire, build, and manage client relationships, evaluate complex financial situations, and provide holistic financial advice and solutions that align with clients’ goals.
Responsibilities- Acquire, build, and manage client relationships with both affluent and high‑net‑worth clients
- Identify client needs, develop relationships, review investment goals, and prepare investment recommendations that align with the clients’ objectives
- Provide end‑to‑end comprehensive advice and deliver client reviews and presentations with confidence
- Collaborate with core banking and investment partners to connect clients with all available solutions from Bank of America and Merrill
- Maintain a portfolio of clients and provide exceptional client care using industry‑leading products, services, and educational resources
- Apply regulatory due diligence and create long‑term client strategies
- Earn the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam within 60 days of hire
- Earn Series7 and Series
66 exams within 120 days of hire (Series
63 & 65 acceptable in lieu of 66) - Register with the federal SAFE Act system and meet ongoing regulatory requirements
- Confidence working in a sales role
- Strong client‑relationship skills through effective communication and collaboration
- Proactive mindset and effective time‑management skills
- Results‑driven mindset that prioritizes client interests
- Ability to identify appropriate client solutions through application of learnings and new information
- Experience applying regulatory due diligence in daily activities
- Desired:
Bachelor’s degree and/or a minimum of one year of financial services industry or sales experience - Desired:
Familiarity with new technology or applications and the ability to execute multiple tasks simultaneously
- Comprehensive training and one‑on‑one coaching from Academy managers
