Inside Sales Representative

We’re looking for an outgoing inside sales representative to help us smash our sales goals! You’ll help us generate leads by prospecting potential clients and add qualified leads to the sales funnel. • Assess and send qualified leads to inbound sales representatives so they can convert clients and provide quick turnaround
• Keep the customer database updated to ensure information on prospective and past clients is current
• Communicate with prospects via email, phone calls or other forms of communication to convert them into qualified leads and funnel them to the sales pipeline
• Seek out new business opportunities within the assigned geographies to expand clientele
• Report on key performance and sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure sales goals are achieved

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Quick learner with solid computer literacy.
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets).
• Experience using a CRM is a plus
• Real estate experience is helpful but not required — we provide full training.
