Project Manager - Roofing Sales

SHAMROCK ROOFING & CONSTRUCTION – Project Manager Roofing Sales (Omaha) – 1099 Commission-Based. The average compensation is $70,000 – $150,000 per year, with top performers earning over $200,000. We are a top 40 roofing contractor expanding across the Midwest and South.

• Generate leads through canvassing, referrals, or storm outreach
• Inspect roofs, gutters, and siding, and educate homeowners
• Write and close roofing contracts
• Collect payment
• Manage the project from start to finish
• Minimum 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license
• Self‑starting attitude, go‑getter
• Must be coachable, disciplined, and self‑motivated
• Reliable transportation; carry a ladder; company trucks may be available; must be 21+ with a valid MVR
• Cell phone required
• Enjoy working outside in door‑to‑door sales
• Able to climb a ladder and lift 50 lbs.
• Able to walk on a roof, not afraid of heights
• Strong communication skills, driven and goal‑oriented
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks at once
