Full‑time - Supplemental pay: bonus opportunities
- Generate leads through canvassing, referrals, or storm outreach
- Inspect roofs, gutters, and siding, and educate homeowners
- Write and close roofing contracts
- Collect payment
- Manage the project from start to finish
- Minimum 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license
- Self‑starting attitude, go‑getter
- Must be coachable, disciplined, and self‑motivated
- Reliable transportation; carry a ladder; company trucks may be available; must be 21+ with a valid MVR
- Cell phone required
- Enjoy working outside in door‑to‑door sales
- Able to climb a ladder and lift 50 lbs.
- Able to walk on a roof, not afraid of heights
- Strong communication skills, driven and goal‑oriented
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks at once
- Veterans encouraged.
- Comfortable with door‑to‑door sales.
