The Territory Sales Manager plays a critical role in driving brand growth and visibility by traveling extensively within an assigned territory to engage with insurance agencies and represent the company at industry trade shows & charity events. The ideal candidate will possess a professional and polished presence, with exceptional skills in networking, sales, and presenting to diverse audiences. This individual must demonstrate a high degree of adaptability, self‑motivation, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
Requirements- 3 or more years of successful sales or in‑person client relations experience
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Knowledge of software programs including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

This position combines a strong guaranteed base salary with a monthly commission program that recognizes and rewards territory results. On average, commissions represent an additional 20-30% in annual earnings beyond base compensation.
