• Entry‑Level Roofing Sales Representative: $100,000–$165,000/year
• Experienced Roofing Sales Representative: $140,000–$165,000/year
• Sales Leadership: $200K–$350K+/year (NO CAP) (Top performers regularly exceed these ranges.)
