Job Description

Summary:

Responsible for soliciting insurance by telephoning prospective clients by performing the following duties. Other duties may be assigned.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Maintain operations by following company policies and procedures.
  • Call prospective clients by operating telephone and computer programs.
Qualifications
  • Language Ability:
    Reading, writing, and communicating effectively in one‑on‑one and small group situations.
  • Math Ability:
    Ability to calculate figures and basic algebra/geometry. Add, subtract, multiply, divide with U.S. money and measurement units.
  • Reasoning Ability:
    Apply common sense understanding to carry out written or oral instructions and solve simple problems.
  • Computer

    Skills:

    Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel. Average typing speed 65–75 WPM.
  • Education/

    Experience:

    High school diploma or GED and equivalent combination of education and experience.
