ROLE OVERVIEW
The Market Manager is both the boots-on-the-ground field presence and the strategic revenue owner within their assigned silos. This role combines the relentless field activity of a top outside rep with the account ownership mindset of a business manager. You are accountable for protecting and growing revenue and gross profit within your verticals — managing Forza's most important distributor partnerships, executing face-to-face prospecting and customer calls, and delivering solutions that create measurable value for end users.
You work in close synchronization with your Inside Sales partner, who owns CRM and pipeline execution, while you focus on relationships, field discovery, and closing business. High activity, high accountability, high ownership.
