• Reaching out to prospective customers and building strong relationships
• Educating individuals and families on insurance options and coverage solutions
• Generating quotes, following up on leads, and closing sales
• Supporting existing clients with policy changes and questions
• Collaborating with the agency owner and team to hit monthly and annual goals

• Driven, coachable, and goal‑oriented
• Personable, with strong communication and relationship‑building skills
• Organized and self‑motivated
  
  Licensed in Property & Casualty (or willing to obtain quickly)
• Prior insurance or sales experience is a plus, but not required
