In-Home Sales & Tech Support (Full-Time)

Full‑time, local in‑home field role requiring daily travel to customer residences – not Remote. Pay rate: $21.00 hourly + mileage reimbursement + phone stipend + sales commission.

Schedule:

5 days/week – 12:05pm to 9:00pm (may vary based on business needs).

We’re looking for In‑Home Sales & Tech Support to work during our busiest hours. This is an entry‑level role, ideal for someone starting their career, who enjoys talking to people and wants hands‑on sales experience.

As In‑Home Sales & Tech Support, you’ll:

• Serve:
  Meet customers in‑home, in‑office, or wherever they are, and provide exceptional customer service prioritizing the customer first.
• Solve:
  Address and resolve customers’ tech issues, provide an understandable solution, and ensure customers leave with a resolution that works and a product that addresses their future tech needs.
• Sell:
  Leverage Asurion’s growing range of products to offer tailored solutions, listen actively, identify customer needs, and position products uniquely to meet those needs. Use strong negotiation and communication skills.

• Comfortable working in a sales environment with set targets.
• A valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record with at least 1 year driving experience.
• Proof of valid car insurance (excluding Manhattan).
• Personal vehicle (excluding motorcycles).
• Prepared to cover travel distance up to 120 miles one‑way.
• Varied 5‑day week schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Personal cellphone to stay in the know while on the job.
• Comfortable working around household pets.
• Efficient, adaptable, goal‑oriented, persuasive communication skills.
• Open‑minded with a passion for learning a wide range of skills suitable for various career paths.
• Outgoing, thrives in human interaction.

• Base hourly rate guaranteed for all hours worked, paid bi‑weekly.
• Early access to earned pay.
• Uncapped commissions based on sales performance, paid bi‑weekly.
• Mileage reimbursement per IRS guidelines, paid weekly.
• $35 phone stipend, paid monthly.
• 3‑4 weeks paid training.
