What’s In It For YouTrane is hiring an Account Manager to join our team and drive business growth. As an Account Manager, you will develop and maintain customer relationships, ensure maximum revenues through strategic account penetration, and identify and retain both new and existing customers.
What You Will Do- Generate budgeted sales; manage mix and pricing to achieve margin goals and grow market share in the assigned territory.
- Develop and execute an account-specific business plan to identify long-term, mutual support requirements that facilitate a strong, profitable partnership.
- Identify customers’ problems and/or needs and create a dynamic action plan designed to meet them.
- Ascertain market opportunities and analyze market sales data.
- Attend sales meetings and report sales activity, new account development, services, promotion, etc.
- Travel daily within the territory, with occasional overnight travel required.
- 4+ years of demonstrated experience in Business Development (degree or associate’s degree preferred, but not required).
- Successful experience in Business Development and Sales.
- CRM/Salesforce experience preferred.
- Valid driver’s license with at least 12 months of continuous validity and minimal traffic violations.
