• Territory Management:
  Ensure consistent customer contact, plan and execute sales initiatives, handle customer issues promptly.
• Sales:
  Full understanding of products and pricing schedules, make effective sales presentations, achieve company objectives, grow business and nurture new or undersold accounts.
• Resources:
  Use POS systems to enhance selling efforts, be knowledgeable about company deals and programming.
• Servicing:
  Perform necessary steps during sales calls, provide reliable customer service with face‑to‑face interaction.
• Administration:
  Adhere to company policies, handle paperwork in a timely manner.
• Availability:
  Work outside 8‑5 schedule; early evening hours and occasional weekend events.

• BA/BS college degree or equivalent industry experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Results‑driven, goal‑oriented, self‑motivated, disciplined, able to prioritize.
• Professional presentation skills.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record and reliable transportation with proof of insurance.
• Local to Columbus, Fremont, or Norfolk; no relocation package.
• Prior sales experience and/or wine and spirits industry sales preferred.
• Ability to lift 54 pounds from the ground and from above 60 inches.
• Team‑player attitude and actions.
• Capacity to create professional presentations and connect with a wide range of buyer types.
• Professional written, oral, and electronic communication skills.
