Oncology Account Executive, Omaha – Field‑based professional position supporting Billion To One ’s Northstar liquid biopsy products. Responsible for driving sales volume, cultivating relationships with oncologists, and reporting to a Regional Manager.
Responsibilities- Increase revenue and drive market development through direct sales to individual oncologists.
- Create and implement a strategic business plan to grow revenue quickly in your geography.
- Engage in effective prospecting, cultivate new business, and maintain key relationships.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated successful sales track record (e.g., Presidents club, Chairman’s club, Rookie of the Year, or a history of success at or above goal for multiple quarters/years).
- Experience selling to medical providers.
- Experience selling medical diagnostics or medical/surgical devices.
- Lives within the defined territory and centrally located to accounts.
- Commitment to travel within defined territory.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills (written and verbal), with demonstrated ability to present to both internal and external customers.
- Effective time‑management skills and ability to assess and prioritize opportunity.
- Exceptionally bright, flexible, self‑motivated, results‑oriented, with strong interpersonal and analytical skills, and strategic thinking along with tactical execution.
- Sense of urgency; focus on closing business.
- Ability to assess the needs of medical professionals and staff with a focus on consultative sales, coordination of logistics, and problem solving.
- Strong desire to work in a startup environment; must work independently with an internal drive to succeed.
- Physician Assistant (PA), Nurse Practitioner (NP), or Registered Nurse (RN) with experience ordering late‑stage cancer liquid biopsy tests.
Total compensation range: $241,946 – $311,536 per year (at plan), including base salary $168,346 – $184,186 per year. Commission potential is uncapped.
