Role OverviewWe are growing rapidly and are looking to add new outside Territory Managers to the Omaha Market. The Territory Manager sales position offers the opportunity to establish superior selling skills, offer large business solutions in a small‑to‑mid‑size business environment, and grow into a Senior Territory Manager or Regional Sales Manager. This outside sales position is focused on new business acquisition.
Key Responsibilities- Prospecting new business (B2B, door‑to‑door, and cold calling involved)
- Develop lead generation and utilize CRM to track activity
- Sell and set up new accounts
- Manage accounts that you sell
We believe in supporting our Territory Managers through best‑in‑class training and development. New hires receive three weeks of corporate training in their first 24 months, with additional senior TM and management trainings later. All training takes place in Little Rock, AR. New Territory Managers also join the “Fast Start Program” for three months of in‑the‑field training with upper management.

Requirements- 0‑2 years of sales experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (ideal courses in business, marketing, or communication)
- Involvement in campus activities (athletic background highly recommended)

- Base salary of $40,000
- Uncapped commission
- $500 monthly car allowance
- Reimbursement for gas receipts
