Pay structure:
On‑Target Earnings (OTE): $66,667 annually (composed of a $30,000 base salary + sales bonus). Total earning potential ranges from $66,667 to $100,000 for high performers. New hires receive a $3,000 guaranteed sales bonus after 60 days, with no minimum sales threshold. Mileage reimbursement for travel within your assigned territory. Team perks include catered lunches, local incentives, team outings, and regular events.

High‑performing representatives can be promoted to a Senior Outside Sales Representative in as little as 6 months, and may advance to Small Business Field Sales Representative or MDU Sales Executive roles as the network expands.

This is an active, community‑focused sales position. You will be the face of GFiber, engaging with residents to help them upgrade their home internet experience.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation during the workday.
• Ability to pass a motor vehicle record check that meets company standards.
