APPOINTMENT COORDINATOR

Full Time Associate H+H CENTRAL SUPPORT, Omaha, NE, US

Salary Range: $50,000.00 To $ Annually

Pay is at an hourly rate plus commission with an earning potential equaling $50, per year.

Job Overview – How You’ll Contribute

Do you have a passion for sales? Come work for the #1 Customer Experience Team in the Omaha Metro Area with the H+H Group as an Appointment Coordinator. You will be responsible for handling all internet and phone sales inquiries, qualifying their needs, and scheduling appointments for our Sales team. We do this while providing a Best-in-Class experience to Customers across all our brands.

(Pay is at an hourly rate plus commission with an earning potential equaling $50, per year).

  • Communicating with Customers that inquire online about specific vehicles (via text, phone, or email).
  • Setting reservations for Customers to visit our dealerships.
  • Updating Customer information as needed.
  • Communicating effectively with our Sales Department staff.
  • Daily expectation of 80 outbound calls.
Daily Rotating Shift

Daily Rotating Shift: 8am-5pm, 9am-6pm, 11am-8pm. There are two 11am-8pm shifts per week, and 8am-6pm on every other Saturday with a day off during the week.

Qualifications – What You Need to be Successful
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Excellent communication and Customer Service skills.
  • Great computer/technology skills.
  • Punctuality with minimal absences.
  • High energy partnered with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Detail oriented.
