Make Lives Better, Build Your Future:
Join Heritage Communities as our Senior Living Advisor!

At Heritage Communities, you’re more than your title — you’re a vital part of a team that truly values every contribution. Whether you are an experienced HR leader or looking to take the next strategic step in your career, we offer a workplace where you’re supported, appreciated, and empowered to thrive as you improve the lives of others in our senior living communities.

What You’ll Do:

As our Senior Living Advisor, you will drive critical top-of-funnel sales activities, ensuring a compassionate and seamless experience for prospective residents and their families by:

  • Serving as a compassionate, knowledgeable first point of contact for families seeking senior housing or care solutions, guiding them through what can be a complex and emotional process.
  • Conducting thorough needs assessments via phone, email, and text to truly understand each prospective resident's care requirements, lifestyle preferences, financial considerations, and life story.
  • Converting inbound inquiries from multiple channels into scheduled community tours, aiming to schedule around 5 tours per day and achieving a 40% conversion rate.
  • Executing structured, personalized outbound campaigns to reengage prospects who aren't quite ready to tour, keeping Heritage Communities top of mind.
  • Building trust quickly and communicating the benefits of our communities, overcoming objections with empathy and information to maintain a consultative, rather than transactional, approach.
  • Functioning as a trusted extension of our onsite sales teams, providing warm handoffs and comprehensive prospect summaries to ensure a seamless transition for the family.
  • Logging all activities, follow-up tasks, and prospect details meticulously within our CRM system to maintain a clean, organized pipeline.
  • Ensuring rapid speed-to-contact on all new inbound leads, maintaining a high volume of daily outreach to guarantee every inquiring family receives the prompt, personalized attention they deserve.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or a high-volume call center environment (experience in senior living, healthcare, or social services is highly preferred).
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey empathy, confidence, and clarity in every interaction.
  • Strong consultative selling skills, including active listening, needs discovery, objection handling, and closing techniques.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (such as Salesforce, Yardi, or similar) and the ability to effortlessly navigate multiple systems while holding a meaningful conversation.
  • Comfort managing a high volume of daily contacts across multiple channels with strong attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
  • A High School diploma or GED (an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Communications, Healthcare, Business, or a related field is preferred).
  • A results-driven mindset paired perfectly with our core values of compassion, respect, trust, fun, and always learning.
Why Choose Heritage Communities?

Because you’ll make a real impact. You’ll shape the future of our culture, influence how we grow, and be part of a mission-driven company where people love to live and work.

What’s In It for You?
  • Paid Time Off – 3 weeks of Paid Vacation in your 1st year + 32 hours sick time.
  • Medical, Dental, and Vision – with low co-pays.
  • Company-Paid Life & Disability Insurance
  • 401(k) with up to 5% Match
