Inside Sales Associate

Location

Omaha, NE – 66, 9950 S. 134th St. Suite 101, Omaha, Nebraska 68138

Pay: $19–$22 per hour with up to $2,500 in performance bonuses.

Hours:

Monday–Friday 7:30am–5pm, with some Saturdays.

• Establish relationships with customers by assisting walk‑in and phone customers, representing the company professionally.
• Process, pull, and distribute customer products quickly and efficiently.
• Handle questions and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Accurately perform data entry of sales orders to generate invoices for pickup or delivery.
• Secure payment of invoices or obtain credit authorization per company policy.
• Evaluate and determine disposition of warranty items per manufacturer policy and customer needs.
• Estimate delivery dates to customers based on vendor schedules.
• Assist in receiving, shipping, and general warehouse duties.

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ year related inside sales experience preferred.
• Ability to move 100 pounds with a dolly.
• Strong front‑of‑house presence and ability to deal directly with customers for a large portion of the day.
• Strong customer‑service attitude.
• Good computer skills, including MS Office.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment dealing with inventory, product allocations and customer issues.
• Familiarity with pool supplies, parts, chemicals or pool construction helpful.
• Minimum age 18 or older.
