Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Agent Engagement Specialist to join our sales team. The primary responsibility of this role is to contact our partnered agents, engage or re‑engage them, and provide the necessary support and resources to help them grow their business. The ideal candidate will be a team player that possesses excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a strong desire for personal and professional growth.
Key Responsibilities- Outreach and Engagement:
- Take the initiative to reach out to low to zero revenue‑earning agents through phone calls, emails, and other creative communication channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, understanding their unique challenges and business needs.
- Support and Resources:
- Be the go‑to person for agents by identifying and delivering the resources, tools, and training programs they need to boost their sales performance
- Provide personalized support and guidance, addressing any concerns or obstacles agents may face in growing their business.
- Follow‑Up and Tracking:
- Keep the momentum going with regular follow‑ups, to monitor agent’s progress and ensure continued engagement.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions, feedback, and progress in the CRM system.
- Collaboration:
- Work hand‑in‑hand with internal teams, including marketing, contracting, and market segment leaders, to ensure agents have access to the latest information and resources.
- Share insights and feedback from agents with the broader team to continuously improve support strategies.
- Performance Metrics:
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to agent engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
- Identify trends and areas for improvement, proposing actionable solutions to drive overall agent performance.
Skills
:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and sustain relationships.
- Proactive and self‑motivated, with a results‑oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales support tools.
- A Health and Life Insurance license not required but encouraged
The role includes a $50,000 base salary plus a performance‑driven bonus program. It is reasonable to expect up to $20,000 or more as bonus with strong performance. Bonus compensation is performance‑based and offers uncapped earning potential.
