Our Irripiscine store in Horbourg-Wihr (68) is recruiting a Versatile Salesperson M/F! for a 6-month CDD

You want to join a dynamic company where the sense of commerce and customer service are essential?

As a Versatile Salesperson M/F, you are in charge of:

• Welcome and advise customers : you are the first contact of customers in the store, guiding them in their choices and responding to their needs.

• Make sales : you ensure the sale of products while ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

• Participate in the display of products : you contribute to the display and good presentation of products as well as the commercial animation of the store.

• Ensure order and quote follow-up : you manage customer orders and establish quotes while ensuring rigorous follow-up.

• Ensure customer service: you manage the cash register, the reception of goods as well as the management of the after-sales service in compliance with the return process of customers.

You are a key player in customer satisfaction and you participate in the commercial performance of the store.

6-month CDD with possibility of CDI.

Education :
Bac or equivalent. Training in the field of sales, commerce or pool would be a plus.

Experience :
You have significant experience (2 years minimum) in sales, ideally in the pool, DIY or specialized distribution sector.

B permit required.

Your qualities:

• Customer contact sense and ability to advise and retain customers.

• Excellent sales and negotiation skills.

• Team spirit and ability to work independently.

• Diligence, organization and sense of responsibility.

• Curiosity and open-mindedness to follow market developments.

• Availability and flexibility to meet the needs of the store.
