About the Role
Account Executive – Broadcast + Digital Marketing Products role involves learning iHeart’s full suite of products, identifying and developing new business opportunities, and cultivating existing client relationships through in‑person meetings, research, and daily cold‑calling.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and develop new business opportunities through in-person client meetings, research, and consistent daily cold‑calling.
- Use the full suite of iHeart products to cultivate existing business and meet client needs.
- Collaborate with internal partners to drive revenue and create effective marketing campaigns.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations fueled by data, using storytelling skills to best meet client expectations.
- Plan, prioritize, and execute day‑to‑day tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
- High School Diploma required;
College degree preferred. - Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and ability to travel locally, regionally, and nationally.
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, proactive, and a strong “go‑getter” attitude.
- Excellent relationship‑building, problem‑solving, and persuasive communication skills.
- Proactive negotiation skills and ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and social networking platforms.
- Digital/Media Sales experience is an advantage but not required.
- Experience managing complex, multi‑platform campaigns, analytics, or audio advertising is a plus.
- Strong ability to organize, prioritize, and resolve problems using established guidelines.
- Ability to communicate information about iHeart products in a digestible manner and apply active listening skills.
- Strong commitment to respect others and uphold professional judgment.
- Goal orientation and ability to focus and prioritize decisions.
