As an Event Sales Manager, you'll drive revenue growth by securing weddings, social events, and group business. You'll showcase our stunning venues, customized culinary experiences, and exceptional service while helping clients bring their vision to life.
What You'll Do:
- Generate new business and grow existing accounts
- Build relationships with wedding planners, corporate clients, event professionals, and travel partners
- Conduct site tours, sales presentations, and contract negotiations
- Achieve and exceed sales goals for weddings, meetings, and events
- Represent the hotel at networking events, trade shows, and industry functions
- Partner with marketing and operations teams to deliver exceptional client experiences

- Proven sales experience, preferably in hospitality, events, or hotels
- Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills

Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Results‑driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field preferred
